Recipe for one batch: In a large kettle, brown 1-1/2 lb hamburger; drain and return to kettle. Add 8 cups water, 1-1/4 cups soup mix, 16 oz. bag of frozen mixed vegetables and 2 cans tomato soup (undiluted). 3 peeled and diced potatoes. Simmer for 45 - 60 minutes. Can also crock pot on LOW 6 hours
